🟢 September Meeting Recap

We held our first public meeting in September, where members shared great ideas and feedback. During that meeting, we officially established two new committees — the Fundraising Committee and the Spring Trip Committee.

Behind the scenes, your SFBBA Board continues to meet regularly to keep the association moving forward.

💰 Fundraising Committee

The Fundraising Committee has already met multiple times and is off to a strong start!

• Annual Cash Bash:
  Details for our annual Cash Bash ticket sale will be shared soon. Prizes will be awarded in December, and we’ll be asking for everyone’s participation to make this fundraiser another success.
• New Fundraising Ideas:
  Keep an eye out for some new, exciting opportunities to support the program — more information will be coming shortly!

✈️ Spring Trip Committee

While we await the announcement of our next coaching hire, the Spring Trip Committee is already laying the groundwork for a smooth and successful trip.

We are currently accepting player payments toward the spring trip contribution. Many families requested a flexible payment plan, and several have already begun making monthly payments.

You may submit payments in any amount and on a schedule that fits your budget. Final payments will likely be due in February.

⚾ Fall Baseball Recap

Fall baseball wrapped up its regular schedule last week. Thanks to the amazing weather, the team played 10 games this season!

Next weekend marks the league’s end-of-season tournament, followed by our traditional Green vs. White Scrimmage to cap off a fun and successful fall.

As we move into October and prepare for Winter Workouts and the Spring Season, we’ll continue to rely on your support to make this program thrive.
